| Compensation policy: |
1.If account be banned
Although it has tiny rate your account gets banned during our PL, we still promise to refund you.
A. Permanent ban
Firstly: We will power level your new account to your ordered level without more fee! If only you offer a new account. However, we can't get back the gears your character had before ban. And the other characters in your banned account do not belong to our target Power leveling of order. We are sorry that we can't compensate others, but only compensate the ordered character you asked us to power level.
Secondly: You can choose a full refund too. Whenever which level we power leveled, we will refund a full amount to you if you don't choose the first compensation.
B. Temporary Ban
Maybe Blizzard suspect different IP address, but hardly happens. After account recovered, we will stop leveling for your ordered account and payback the rest cost of unPowerleveled part. You can also choose to get the gold that shares the same price with the rest payment of your order.
At the same time, we will send 200 EU gold (or 100 US gold) to you as compensation.
2. If order be delayed
If WOW EU Power leveling order be delayed 1 day, we will compensate 200G, be delayed 2 days, we compensate 400G, 3 days, and we compensate 600G. The compensation of more days is counted in the rate. And WOW US compensation is half of WOW EU’s amount.
3. If your character items’ value is more than 200G, we suggest you transfer your items (or gold) to other account. We will keep their security during Power leveling for our Gold’s sake but we won’t take charge for their lost.
If your character item’s value is lower than 200G, it lost because our computer is hacked, we will refund your lost.
If your gear lost in case, you can also feedback to Blizzard’s customer service and require for recovery.
